All 99ph account holders must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict eligibility requirement under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Accounts belonging to underage users will be suspended and all funds subject to review.

Each Player may maintain only one (1) active Account on the 99ph Platform. Where 99ph identifies multiple Accounts registered to the same individual — identified by matching personal details, device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment instruments, or other indicators — all secondary Accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be voided at 99ph's discretion.
99ph is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity and age of all registered Players before permitting withdrawals. Full KYC verification, which may require submission of a government-issued photo identification document and proof of address, must be completed within the timeframe specified by 99ph following your first deposit request. Failure to complete KYC will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 99ph Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
You agree to notify 99ph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. 99ph shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
99ph employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all login and transaction flows and supports two-factor authentication (2FA) for all Account holders. 99ph strongly recommends that all Players enable 2FA from their Account Security Settings.
All deposits to and transactions on the 99ph Platform are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 99ph does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment processors such as GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may apply their own transfer fees, which are the Player's responsibility.
Accepted deposit methods at 99ph include GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Transfer, and Metrobank. Available methods are subject to change without notice. The current list of supported payment methods is displayed on the Cashier page within your 99ph Account.
Minimum deposit amounts and processing timelines vary by payment method and are published on the Cashier page. Generally, GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your 99ph Account within sixty (60) seconds of confirmation.
All deposited funds must be sourced from a payment account that belongs to the registered Account holder. Deposits made from payment instruments belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate Account review.
Withdrawal of real-money funds from a Player's 99ph Account is subject to the following conditions:
99ph reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal and may request supporting documentation in connection with any withdrawal request. Where 99ph reasonably suspects that a withdrawal request is associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a violation of these Terms, 99ph may delay, suspend, or cancel the withdrawal and may retain the relevant funds pending investigation.
99ph may offer various bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered Players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms and take precedence in the event of conflict.

Each game available on the 99ph Platform is governed by its own rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

In cases of technical disconnection during a live game round, settled bets prior to disconnection will stand. In the event of a manifest error — including any obvious technical malfunction, software error, or erroneous price or result — 99ph reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players. "Palpable errors" in sports betting odds (such as a 10-fold underpricing of a strong favorite) may also be voided at 99ph's sole discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99ph Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:
All content on the 99ph Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, brand marks, user interface designs, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 99ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 99ph Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the 99ph Platform.
The "99ph" name, logo, and associated branding elements are trademarks of 99ph. Unauthorized use of 99ph trademarks — including in domain names, social media handles, and promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
99ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire Player base. 99ph provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players at no charge, accessible directly from the Account Settings page:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the Philippines, 99ph's total liability to any Player arising from or related to the use of the 99ph Platform shall not exceed the net real-money funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.
99ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
99ph does not guarantee that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or secure. 99ph shall not be liable for any service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
99ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Upon closure of a Player Account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money Balance (net of applicable bonuses) will be returned to the Player via the most recently used withdrawal method after any applicable investigations are completed.
Players may voluntarily close their 99ph Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within seven (7) business days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 99ph Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before pursuing formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact 99ph's customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. 99ph is committed to resolving all genuine Player disputes in a fair, timely, and transparent manner.
Where a Player disputes a gaming outcome, 99ph will review available game logs, RNG certification records, and server-side data to reach a determination. 99ph's determination regarding disputed gaming outcomes shall be final in the absence of demonstrable manifest error.
99ph reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at 99ph.bio/terms-conditions and will bear the updated "Last Updated" date at the top of the page.
Where a proposed amendment materially affects Players' rights or obligations, 99ph will provide advance notice of at least seven (7) days by sending an email to all registered Players at the email address on file. A Player who continues to use the 99ph Platform after the effective date of an amendment is deemed to have accepted the revised Terms.
